One was not welded aright, some other was bent bad enough that a drawer does not work well. The quality check sticker with the mortal's gens comes on the bag property the keys. Fitting that clad tape is used to cover the name of that person and hold the key bag to the drawer. The word "Pride" is utilised a shell out past Craftsman in marketing. Maybe spend less on paying the selling people and actually take some pride in your prodiucts and people? Also the GIANT stickers are a pain to get off. Stop competitive on price and make a quality product.

Yes, the brand has evolved only the quality has never let me down. This cart is a solid medium grade and seems good adequate for anything a home handyman like myself does. The wooden top is non that thick but a nice surface to work on. Drawers slightly squiffy to operate. Come out of the boxful just requisite to bolt the casters and handle on. Note the point weighs close to 150 pounds and you will pauperism to lay IT on its back to assemble, so raise IT onto the casters.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Warren from Great product, easy to put together Pros: the drawers are nice and smooth. Lockable. Plenty of storage for my purpose, though I haven't put all my tools in IT yet. Cons: mine came with a pot of dents right out of the box. One of the overstep corners, the widest (top) draftsman face, the metal surrounding the outlet and and the back. Also, the dimensions are inaccurate in the description. The unit is 41" wide WITHOUT the handle. Once you install the cover it's closer to 43". I have a 42" space that I intended this item for and I have to use it without the handle. Other thoughts: I wish there is a template or evening just a measure guide to cut the draftsman liners.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Diana from Hope your discover lock never breaks Once the lock breaks on this tool cabinet there is NO way of unlocking it without cutting open the metal to get to the metal pole to force open the locks which are located in the back of the tool cabinet behind all the drawers. The key lock is extremely cheaply made, but the argentiferous flap that lock the drawers in the spine ensure you will never discove your tools again. Couldn't even utilize the warranty because you have to exchange the item to get information technology replaced. How do you do that if you can't get your personal tools out of it? Would not recommend this product.

When I successful information technology home and unboxed the 2nd one, it was damaged as comfortably. Both boxes looked to be in fitness with nix indications of damage. Don't bon if this is a merchant marine issue or fabrication issue but my current toolbox that was ran over and required to live replaced was in meliorate experimental condition. Lowe's was great with the return/replacement and even offered to give it a go for a third time. I declined and pick out a refund. Hopefully this isn't an indication of where Craftsman is headed.

Rated 5 out of 5 aside ColeTrain from Mind blown This little baby will bungle your mind though out the twenty-four hours and work overtime to keep partially of your tools tucked departed safe and sound at night while us mere mortals are having to takings a prison-breakin for food and sleep. The knead top is genuinely only king-sized enough to keep some tools and smaller parts laid out on. I in reality keep my laptop computer thereon with identifix and else programs pulled dormy. This takes up around 1/3 of the work top soh there's still enough room to pioneer a tool put up OR two. The slick resale red paint job is exactly 3 shades lighter so my older larger craftsman tool cabinet which makes this thing a panty eye dropper.

Installing the pull taproo and wheels requires many shorts to be removed for access to the hindquarters of the bolts. When re-instalmen the underdrawers, care moldiness represent taken to ensure the drawer isn't even a bit sideways Beaver State it will bind up and deform the straw man part of the slew. Once occupied fully, the drawer bequeath hold a unspoiled amount of weighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Double check the dimensions - wish information technology were taller; height is too short for most people if you think the wood upper side working surface is going to be at a comfortable height. Yes, it does have soft-close drawers, just information technology's more trouble than it's valuable - it's a pain to open these drawers; you need to retrain yourself to pull slowly when opening them! Speaking of easy-close drawers, I think mines is defective Eastern Samoa the largest, bottom, left drawer us NOT soft-dear - the drawer handle looks bent when I front got information technology. I went from a three-fold-stack 26" to this, but this unit is too minute.
